About
Work in
motion.
Oxynoe is a way of working. Not a product, not a studio — an information systems architecture practice that accumulates, questions and builds.
Olivier Cugnon de Sévricourt — engineer by training (ESIEE Paris 2006), IS architect by trade. Twenty years of complex systems — from Petri nets in 2008 to LLM pipelines in 2026. The tooling changes. The rigor doesn't.
A number, a principle: what has value contains itself. A system that holds is a system whose properties emerge from its structure — not from its documentation.
How it works
Oxynoe works with a team of specialized agents — each with a role, a voice, a domain of expertise. Marc for strategy. Mira for architecture. Nora for design. Axel for code. Winston for words. Sofia for visual identity. Léa for rigor.
This is not automation. It is collaboration — with interlocutors who don't tire, don't bias, and don't polish the truth to spare sensibilities. But who often get things wrong.
The result: Katen — a formal orchestration engine, built in 2008, restored for the web in 2026. Not refactored. Restored.
What Oxynoe produces
- Fragments Thought doesn't come in one block. It arrives in shards — an observation, a rupture, an intuition confirmed by practice. Essays on agentic practice, augmented architecture, and systems that hold. Published when they're dense, not when they're complete. oxynoe.io/fragments →
- SOFIA Constrained AI personas that think together. Not automation — amplification under control. A method, not a prompt kit. oxynoe.io/sofia →
